1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LookPacks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LookPacks provides AI-powered photo transformation services. Users can upload photos and apply various aesthetic styles using artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• One account per person; multiple accounts may be terminated

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are required to generate transformations
• Credit costs vary by output resolution (2K = 1 credit, 4K = 2 credits)
• Subscription users can roll over up to 200 unused credits per month
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload photos of people without their consent
• Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or misleading content
• Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Create content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Impersonate others or misrepresent AI-generated images as real photographs
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Content Ownership

• Your photos: You retain ownership of photos you upload
• Generated images: You own the transformed images you create
• You grant us a limited licence to process your photos for the purpose of providing the Service
• You represent that you have the right to upload any photos you submit

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to transform images. Results may vary and we cannot guarantee:

• Perfect likeness preservation
• Specific outcomes or styles
• That generated content will be suitable for all purposes

AI technology can occasionally produce unexpected results. Credits are consumed when generation is attempted, regardless of satisfaction with results.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by LookPacks. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for how you use generated images

10. Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Unused credits are not refundable upon account closure

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
